The upper is full-grain leather and suede, while the sole is a non-marking vulcanized rubber with Sperry’s trademark Wave-Siping tread design (you can still wear these on a boat without slipping or scuffing, in other words).
That same rubber makes for a durable, ribbed toe cap and ornate Sperry Top-Sider logo on the back of the heel. The stitching is strong and visible, while the color-matched laces run up the entirety of this shoe’s low-top silhouette.
