[Men's Tennis] Men's Tennis Falcons Tabbed Fourth in KCAC Preseason Coaches' Poll

WICHITA, Kan. – The Friends University Falcons have been selected to finish fourth in the KCAC Preseason Men's Tennis Coaches' Poll, the league has released.

McPherson College has been selected as the conference favorite following a second place finish last year.

Southwestern College, last season's regular season champion, was chosen second, followed by Ottawa University, Friends and Tabor College in the top five.

Rounding out the poll is Kansas Wesleyan University, Bethel College, Bethany College, Sterling College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University.

Under head coach Alex Lee, the Falcons finished third in the medal count at the KCAC Fall Championships and return seven letterwinners, highlighted by All-KCAC honorable-mention performer Lasse Scharpmann (SO/Bielefeld, Germany) from last season.

The Falcons will begin the spring slate at (RV) Midland University on Feb. 21 in Fremont, Neb.
