Australia's Ashleigh Barty and Priscilla Hon won Sunday's deciding doubles match over Americans Danielle Collins and Nicole Melichar to advance to the Fed Cup semifinals against Belarus, which eliminated Germany.
The other semifinal will have Romania, which upset the defending champion Czech Republic, going against France, which defeated Belgium.
