Halifax taekwondo coach suspended by regional body after student disciplined with cane

While Halifax police found no reason to lay charges in the alleged assault, the Maritime Taekwondo Union, the regional sanctioning body, has suspended master Woo Yong Jung’s coaching credentials pending its own probe.
