[Men's Swimming] More Records Fall as Men's Swimming Holds on to Sixth at NAIA Championships

0 6

COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Lindsey Wilson men's swim team stayed put in sixth place after day three of the NAIA National Championships on Friday. Three individuals secured All-American status, as did the fourth different relay of the week.

Jose Angel Rivas got the morning session started with a school-record time of 4:04.06 in the 400-yard individual medley. However, that record did not stand for long as the freshman went on to wipe another 3.05 seconds off in the finals, earning him a fifth-place time of 4:01.01 and his second individual All-American accolade of the week.
