Sad news for LCSC and the wider swimming community RIP Jack Beattie BEM

LCSC are sad to announce the recent passing of our well loved Club President, JACK BEATTIE last weekend.

We want to extend our deepest sympathies to all his family and especially his beloved wife Betty. Lisburn City Swimming Club will always be grateful to Jack as one of our founder members and the continued support he always had for our swimmers, young and old. He was awarded the BEM in 2018 for his services to development of sport in Lisburn. His presence at all the swimming galas will sadly be missed.
