The opening ceremony at the European DS Championships was awesome and our 3 SAST swimmers (Cerys, Laura and Fiona) had their first days competition yesterday. Great start, Cerys was part of the GB 200m relay team which won Gold. Go Girls have a brilliant weeks swimming. Your team and coaches are willing you on.
