Nemos Time Trials – 14th October
We are 7 days away from the Nemos time trial next Saturday 7.30-9.00am in the gala pool. Please speak with Maria more info to follow. We will be trying different distances for some swimmers too. As ever make sure you arrive by 7.20am for a prompt start.
