Land Training Re-launch

We are pleased to announce that land training will re-start on Monday 2 October 2017, back at The Curve at Ormiston Academy, Sudbury. The time has moved to 15 minutes later, so the session will be 6.15pm to 7.15pm.  It will be taken by Callum Hemson, who teaches PE, with specific focus on swimmers The club is pleased to announce this new arrangement which we can offer at the continued low cost of exactly NO CHARGE to our swimmers!
