Another micro morning
Hello Friends,
There’s an 80% chance of showers today, but at 0900 it was partly sunny at Dee Why and the wind was 8-13 kts from the WSW. Unfortunately, the 1.7 metre, 8-sec swell was coming from the SSW and therefore heading away from us. I couldn’t see anyone in the water from the RealSurf HQ crows nest.
Tomorrow could be more of the same on the wave front, but I’m looking forward to seeing what the Goat thinks, because it looks to me as though we might see a modest improvement thereafter.
Go well with your Thursday!
Weather Situation
A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge towards the north coast. A slow moving trough and southerly change will stall about the Central Coast today and gradually weaken. This system will be followed by a high pressure system passing to the south, maintaining onshore easterly airstream across the coastal waters into the weekend.
