Like yesterday, near flat again
Hello Friends,
Curly and Dee Why looked the same as Manly, so I didn’t bother to grab more pictures of flatness. The little knot of keen types at South Steyne were waiting a long time between sets for one of the rare catchable knee-high bumps.
The outlook remains dire for the next couple of days. But there is at least a little hope for something into the surfable range on Thursday ahead of a 2-ish metre south pulse by Friday morning (when the wind’s expected to be south as well).
Catchya again tomorrow!
Weather Situation
A high pressure system over the Tasman Sea extends a ridge over northern part of the coast, bringing northeasterly along most of the coast. A southerly change is forecast to move along southern and central parts of the coast today and Tuesday as the trough moves into the Tasman sea and a new ridge builds over the coast.
