The Goat’s Surf Forecast

0 2

Surf forecast issued Friday 6 February 2026: Seven day outlook for Sydney:

Weatherwise, the week ahead looks like it’s a case of Keep up!

Mainly light winds, but lots of Chances of Thunderstorms and damaging winds. Wind direction changes aplenty.

Bit of Sun… Bit of Rain… Bit Cloudy… Bit like today really.

Possible Cyclone developing up North West to keep an eye on.

Mostly pleasant air temps.

And in the water~~~~~~

There’s not much happening. Just littlish waves (0.876m, 10 second period, from SE) at the lower tides, but suitable nevertheless for some fun for some.

And the outlook is for not much change in that scenario in the coming week.

Water Temp’s nice, but that @#$5 Weed is still hanging around at most beaches like it prefers to be close in to shore than out in deeper water. Hmmm.

And the weed is giving the water colour generally an unattractive dull greenish tinge and reducing visibility and cleanliness below TG’s Desired Crystal Clear Standard.
