Sunny and tiny

0 6

Hello Friends,
A beautiful summer morning along the beaches. The 22 °C water was looking better and the NNE breeze was just beginning to perk up. But the swell has faded away to near-flatness. Sets at the magnets were struggling to approach the waist high mark.

It doesn’t currently look as though we’ll have any surf to speak of until early next week, but with luck the Goat will find some reason for encouragement when he rolls out his latest forecast.

Have a great Thursday!

Up the beach from the club, a titanic comber sweeps a rider several metres.

Weather Situation

A ridge extends from a high situated over New Zealand. The ridge is expected to be the dominant feature through most of the week, apart from a brief incursion of a weak southerly change this morning, as a series of high pressure systems pass to the south. Then, a cold front looks set to cross the coastal waters Sunday through early next week.
