Microscopic morning in Sydney
Hello Friends,
Sad to say, it’s another missable morning for surfers. It was sprinkling lightly and surface conditions were glassy. The water was 21 C too. But out at sea the latest MHL data showed that the swell was under a metre from the NE at 8 seconds, and as you can see from the pictures, that was translating into knee-high bumps at the best exposures.
Outlook is for similar conditions tomorrow, but the early session on Monday currently looks more hopeful as we should see NW wind and 1-2 metres of NE wind swell.
Have a great Saturday everyone!
Weather Situation
A high in the Tasman Sea is directing northerly winds over central and northern Coastal Waters while a weak coastal trough brings southerly winds to the remainder. A cold front will bring a fresh to strong southerly change later on Sunday or Monday.
