Another sunny and breezy morning
Hello Friends,
Wind was whistling through the rigging this morning at RealSurf HQ. It was coming from the NNW at 10-15 kts and out at sea, the MHL buoy’s 0600 update showed 1.5 metres of 9-sec SSE swell. There were certainly lines coming in, but only a handful people were in the water at the point, and that tells the story. You’ll need to find a focal point to have any hope of catching something. And even then, it looks like typical waves will be in the waist to chest high range on sets – at best. At least it’s not flat and the wind is offshore at the right locations.
The latest data from the NSW Nearshore Wave Tool predicts our energy levels remaining at around the current intensity tomorrow, Friday and Saturday, with the hope of a brief longer period mix of south and east energy on Sunday.
Have a top old day everyone!
