The Goat’s Surf Forecast

0 25

Surf forecast issued Thursday 20 November 2025: Seven day outlook for Sydney

After a coupla pearlers, weather wise, with small surf at lower tides, the outlook for the days ahead is NVP (Not Very Pretty). Financially inclined readers probably thought TG meant to say NPV, but no, an easy mistake.

AI is getting into everything these days, and you have to look twice so you aren’t misled… or as those with a more hands on approach might say .. measure twice, cut once. (??)

You also need trusted sources for everything.

TG says he’s always been way ahead in the field of AI.

First of all … He’s Artificial (- A),  and

b) He’s Imaginary! (- I)

He also claims to have Intelligence (- I) (hmm)

And importantly,

3 He says he’s a Trusted source (>?!)

If 3 is correct… and our market research, ha, suggests that it is… that’s because he has a human person fact checking the info he regurgitates, and applying a common sense test from a lifetime’s experience before material goes out into the atmosphere.  TG left on his own might think AI meant Al (AL) or A1 (like milk), silly goat.

So… the weather outlook over the next few days according to the Bureau is for showers, Southerly and Onshore type winds, making temperatures feel cooler than they’ve been (and you think they should be). Despite the huffing and puffing of the southerly that came through the window before daybreak, the effect on the surf so far has not been worth noting, or to put it another way, noteworthy.

The Surf when it happens

Friday: probably around 1.5 metres from South East, possibly more, with wind

Saturday: ditto East

Sunday: ditto South East

Monday: in the 1-2 metre range East South East

Tuesday: ditto South East

Wednesday: ditto East South East

Thursday: easing back to say around 1.5 metres Eastish

Down in the Sea

Water temp is leaping up in rockets and bounds…(?) sort of.. up to 20.5 from 19.5 a few days ago.

Refreshing…Warmer way out.
