Leaning into the flatness
Hello Friends,
An excellent morning for a beach walk or an exercise paddle, or anything else that doesn’t depend on waves.
Given the pictures, you won’t be surprised to learn that the swell at sea was about half a metre at 12 seconds from the S by SSE.
From the look of this morning’s swell models, the flatness will last through tomorrow and then on Friday we should see a south pulse fill in.
So have yourself a top old Wednesday everyone!
Weather Situation
The remnants of a cold front will cross the coastal waters early Wednesday, bringing fresh to strong west to northwesterly winds. This front will be followed by another stronger cold front on Thursday, with strong to gale-force west to southwesterly wind change in its wake. Winds will gradually ease later in the week through the weekend as a new high pressure system drifts across the state.
