Micro but sunny Monday morning
Hello Friends,
In the last 24 hours, the swell’s faded away to almost – but not quite – flatness. As the picture below shows, there were still waist high faces on the sets thanks to the meter-ish 12-second SE swell. Wind was coming from the WNW at 6-8 kts when I grabbed the snaps around 0830. It’s due to swing W-SW and pick up to 15-20 kts by this afternoon. Between the wind and fading swell, I’d say this morning is your best bet.
The swell models show a little south blip tomorrow but after that the indications are not great for a surf until maybe Friday. At that point we might get a brief south pulse into the 1.5-2 metre range.
Go well everybody!
