Cloudy, chilly, smooth and waves too
Hello Friends,
Lots of waves and lots of folks in the water chasing them this morning at Dee Why. I’d call the sets shoulder to head high along the beach and a bit smaller than that at the point. Wind has been blowing west since midnight so surface conditions were perfect for the 2-metre 10.5-second S by SSE swell. The first tide of the daylight hours is a modest 1.39 m high at 0950 and will be back to low at 1515. The weather call is for partly cloudy with a high of 17.
The Goat must be shivering in his barn this morning, so fingers crossed for him warming up later to give us his wisdom on our surf prospects over the coming week. My quick take is that we’ll have fun ones all day today and again tomorrow.
Go well everyone!
