Sunny, breezy, choppy and tiny
Hello Friends,
Back to the nice weather this morning. Well, apart from the wind and lack of waves of course. Wind was 10-15 kts from the SSE when I grabbed the snaps around 1000. The 0800 MHL data was showing 1.8 metres at 8 seconds from dead south. So, once again most of the energy was out at sea and spots with even the slightest protection from the wind were just barely surfable. The kids messing around in the shories out in front of the DY SLSC were catching brief little gutless things in the rip bowl. Rides durations were typically in the 2-4 second range.
The Goat should be along soon with thoughts on the surf prospects, so I’ll just say that it looks to me like there might be a few little fun ones at south exposures for the early tomorrow and Saturday as the swell gets a touch more east…
Have a top old Thursday everyone!
