The Goat’s Surf Forecast

0 21

Surf forecast issued Thursday 31 October 2024: Seven day outlook for Sydney

Coupla days this week when there were not bad waves, despite the howling wind, for the young, fit and energetic (does not include TG).

This arvo sees small bumpy waves, made choppy by the cool onshore SE breeze.

Consequently, your impartially objective TG Indices of Surf Quality were

3:30pm

CEF Zero

CPI (trimmed for school pickups) Zero

SKI Zero – as you’d expect with diligent scholars

For comparison with 4pm

CEF Zero

CPI Zero

SKI Zero. TG doesn’t think they all rushed home to get into their Halloween costumes.

Two only (2) swimmers in flags, already regretting their choice.

The Surf Outlook for the week ahead is for smallish surf, but there should be enough water movement from time to time to catch a little one at the right tide, right place at places open the dead South

Friday: around 1 ish metre or so

Saturday: say around 1-1+ metres at dead Spots

Sunday: ditto North East

Monday: ditto North East

Tuesday: ditto South East

Wednesday: around 1 ish metres South East/North East

Thursday: dittoish North East

Now where’s my Pumpkin and four legged skeleton costume???

Oh …Im wearing it!
