Quiet but not flat

0 2

Hello Friends,

A mild and sunny Friday morning along the beaches with a light NE breeze just starting to texture the ocean surface by 0930. The MHL data fro 0800 showed a metre of 8-second wind swell coming mainly from the south. As you can see from the pictures, this was translating into knee to waist plus wave faces at the better exposures.

Swell’s supposed to perk up into the 2 metre range by late this afternoon. With any luck it’ll still be around that size for tomorrow’s early when the wind call is for NW early, going westerly later on what should be a mainly sunny day.

As for the week ahead, well the Goat is in an OK mood about our prospects

.
