I’ll try to post a picture later today, but it may not look as nice as the ocean did at 0800 when conditions were downright glassy at Dee Why and there was a steady supply of waist plus waves. Tide was just coming off the 1.66 m high at 0720 and there were a few sunbeams here and there. At 0500 the MHL buoy was detecting 1.5 m of 10 second period swell from the east around to the SE. Wind was coming lightly from the SSW. Beachwatch says that pollution is possible this morning and that water is on 23.
With any luck we should have smooth mornings and waves around the current heights for the next couple of days.
