Smoky little Monday
Hello Friends,
Swell has perked up a little since yesterday, but it wasn’t enough to make the point surfable. Better exposures to the 1.35m, 10-second dead south swell, will be in the chest-high range. Tide was high at 0530 and is currently dropping to a lowish 0.7 m low tide at 1045. It’s set to be sunny all day with a high of 19, but air quality along the coast was not good this morning.
Outlook is for the energy levels to weaken as the day goes along, but the good news is that the swell models are predicting surfable conditions at the south magnets through to at least midweek. If the more hopeful predictions are right, tomorrow and Wednesday could be into the head high range at the best exposures.
Go well!
Weather Situation
