Woeful conditions this morning
Hello Friends,
More rain overnight and the wind’s been SE-ESE at around 15-25kts since Tuesday. As a result it’s just exactly as dire as you’d expect. Under the messy surface conditions, the swell at sea was 2 metres at 8 seconds from the SE. Weather should be partly cloudy with the odd sprinkle but the wind is going to stay onshore all day. Both ocean and air are going to be 25 today. As for when it’ll start improving, well, the Goat should be along with some thoughts later today, but I’m a little hopeful for Saturday morning being at least a bit cleaner and still surfable size…
Go well with your Thursday!

Fresh southeasterly winds tending east to northeasterly during the second half of the week as a high pressure system moves into the southern Tasman Sea.
