Weak and too tiny to surf
Hello Friends,
Cloudy skies, 10-15 kts of southerly and a 1.2 metre, 5-second period SSW swell out at sea means near flat and choppy conditions for us today.
I hope the Goat has something hopeful to say about the coming week when he rolls out his prediction later today. My quick take is that we look like going sideways in a narrow band of barely to just-barely surfable on most days. But let’s see what the wise one says!
Go well and take the mask, because it looks like Omicron’s coming our way.
Weather Situation
A ridge of high pressure extends along the New South Wales coast while a trough over central parts of the coast is moving northwards reaching the north coast today. Following the trough, another high pressure ridge is expected to develop, bringing a return to northeasterly winds at the end of the week.
