Warm and sunny with waves

0 7

Hello Friends,

Back to mostly small conditions on a warm and sunny Wednesday morning at Dee Why. It’s mostly in the knee to waist high range and therefore too small to have attracted many to the point. Every now and then a chest plus turns up along the beach to keep things interesting. Wind was light and from the north at 0830. It should swing around to the NE around lunchtime. We should see a high of 28C and there’s a possibility of a late shower.

Swell at sea was a metre from 128° (SE) at 10 seconds apart. Next tide is the 0.6m low at 1310 and ocean temp is 21C.

Outlook is for conditions to remain small across the day and to be weaker tomorrow. The models show a slight bump on Friday but it doesn’t look like being much bigger than today’s offering.

Go well with your day and keep the mask handy for enclosed spaces. Virus cases in NSW almost doubled in the last couple of days, so caution is reasonable.
