The Goat’s Surf Forecast

Surf Forecast issued Thursday 9 December 2021: Seven Day outlook for Sydney:

A little rumble outside as TG puts hoof to keyboard, but he’s not going anywhere anyhoo.

The surf and weather outlook looks “interesting” over the coming days.. you shouldn’t be able to complain about a lack in variety of mostly bad to ordinary surf and weather. ????

If a Low expected to form of the South Caost tomorrow does what’s expected of it, the surf will be up a little but TG doesn’t expect it to be too enticing.. He’s thinking maybe books or movies could be the go… After that it’ll ease back to smallish but at least the Bureau expects the weather to be a little more Summer-like , ie a bit warmer.

Surf outlook, subject to the Low’s behaviour:

Friday: around 1 metre maybe 1+ metres South East

Saturday: could be somewhere in the 1-2 metre range, or maybe a bit more, at dead South places. The Bureau is saying Large surf, but TG suspects the swell could subject to blah blah Low bah blah, and have a fair bit of SW to it, so it may be larger for boats on the ocean than for surfers at the beach; only time will tell

Sunday: maybe 2-2+ metres South/South East, subject to…

Monday: somewhere in the 1-2 metre range South East

Tuesday: around 1 – 1+ metres South east

Wednesday: around 1 metre or less East South East

Thursday: dittoish although it may come up a bit later in the day.

If nothing else, enjoy watching the variety of things to look at, provided by the elements ????

And Stay Happy.
