Still a few in the tank

0 8

Hello Friends,

Waves are getting smaller and the lulls are longer, but there were still a few head plus wave faces at magnets as Wednesday got started. The forecast tells us it’ll probably be around the chest high mark at those places by this afternoon.

Swell at sea was 1.7 metres at 11 seconds from the ESE (126°). Wind was coming lightly from the NW at 5-6 kts before 0800. First tide of the day is the 0.5 m low at 0835. It’ll peak at a modest 1.35 m at 1450. Ocean temp is 20C.

Tomorrow and the rest of the week aren’t looking super exciting at this stage. It looks as though our next pulse could be a straight southerly that might get the usual magnet spots into the chest to head high range on Saturday.
