Rest day for surfers

0 22

Hello Friends,

Almost everything in place this morning. Sunny skies, a light NNW breeze, a mid-range high tide at 0940 and swell coming from the SE at 12 seconds. There’s just one problem, it’s less than a metre out at sea. There is a very small line trickling in, so if you’re keen take the mal or your nearest equivalent and hope for the odd little soft knee ankle to knee high bump.
From the shape of this morning’s swell models, we’re in for what could be a quiet stretch surfwise. If the ECM and GFS models have it right, we’ve got a week of paddling practice coming up. I hope the might Goat spots something hopeful when he casts the runes tomorrow evening…
In the meantime, go well one and all!
