Steve Smith joins 10,000 Test runs club in Sri Lanka

Steve Smith fell just one run short of 10,000 Test runs in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against India, reaching the milestone during the Test series against Sri Lanka. Smith became the fifth-fastest and 15th player overall to reach 10,000 Test runs. He joins Australian legends Ricky Ponting, Allan Border, and Steve Waugh in achieving this feat.
