The Tahoe Knight Monsters roulette faceoff circles are such a no-brainer
Roulette faceoff circles. It’s so obvious. So simple. It’s been staring us dead in the eyes this whole time and no one even noticed.
It’s honestly a little bit shocking the Vegas Golden Knights didn’t try this out first, but thankfully we have their ECHL affiliate Tahoe Knight Monsters to right this wrong.
The minor league team and Harrah’s Lake Tahoe came up with the can’t-miss hockey ad of the year, turning the faceoff dot on into a roulette wheel and giving fans the dumbest (read: best) possible thing to make a handshake bet on.

We give it until November before fans are consistently wagering on which number the puck slides across as it exits the circle. That’ll probably be a promo itself by December.
Either way, it’s a perfect ad. No notes.
Way, way, way better than any of the digital ads mucking up every broadcast.
