Sachin Tendulkar applauded Jay Shah's efforts in promoting gender equality in cricket as Shah becomes the new ICC Chairman starting December 1. Shah, the youngest to hold this position at 35, has been instrumental in advancing both men's and women's cricket during his tenure as BCCI secretary, beginning in October 2019.
