9 former NFL stars (Marshawn Lynch!) who are finally eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2025
The 2024 Pro Football Hall of Fame class has had its moment, and what a way to bask in the limelight.
Names like the Chicago Bears’ Devin Hester and the Houston Texans’ Andre Johnson headlined an incredible weekend celebrating the latest inductions of some of the biggest titans in football history. There’s nothing quite like getting a bronze bust of your likeness enshrined forever amongst fellow legends. It is the pinnacle achievement for any NFL player for a very good reason.
But with the 2024 class’s turn now over, it’s time to look ahead to 2025. Specifically, I’m talking about some ex-stars who are eligible for the first time next year. Unfortunately, not everyone eligible for the first time will make it in right away, hence the push for other candidates who have been waiting a bit longer.
Nonetheless, we’re looking at a stocked new crop entering the fold for potential 2025 Hall of Famers. Essentially, anyone who stopped playing after the 2019 NFL season is now eligible.
