Salman Khan may not host Bigg Boss OTT 3, we have exclusively learnt. Anil Kapoor is likely to be considered as a replacement. The show was supposed to kickstart from mid-May, however, it has been postponed due to the host concerns. Filmmaker Karan Johar hosted the first season of Bigg Boss OTT.
