CHELSEA fans have been filled with nostalgia after seeing former hero Diego Costa add to his collection of league titles.
Alongside Brazilian icon Hulk, Costa helped Atletico Mineiro to glory – their first league title in FIFTY YEARS.

Pictures circulated on social media of the maverick star celebrating alongside Hulk following their title-clinching win over Bahia on Thursday night – sending Blues fans into fits of joy.
One wrote: “Really miss him. He was a warrior for us and he would still be great in a Blues shirt.”
Another joked: “Would be Manchester United’s best forward.”
A third gushed: “Glad Diego is still playing football.”
Another wistfully wrote, in a dig at Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku: “Better than the striker partnership Chelsea has now.”

Hulk, 35, was the real star of Atletico’s title win.
In all competitions he banged in an astonishing 33 goals, also laying on 13 assists.
Costa, on the other hand, made just 14 league appearances, netting four goals.
Hulk was spurred on by his happy home life.
The former Shanghai star married his former niece, with the couple now expecting their first child together.
Costa, meanwhile, bolstered the team mid-season – bringing his title-winning experience with Atletico Madrid and Chelsea to the table.
