What time does the 2021 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade start?

0 23

After a more muted, made-for-TV event in 2020, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is back to its traditional self for 2021 as one of the biggest events of the year in New York City.

And for the 95th annual parade this year, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Rowland and Kristin Chenoweth are among the many performers, and the parade will include 15 giant character balloons, more than two dozen floats and 10 marching bands, per TODAY.

The 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will begin on Thursday, Nov. 25 at 9 a.m. ET and end at noon ET.

It will be aired on NBC, while Telemundo will offer a simulcast in Spanish, and it will also be available to stream on Peacock, NBC’s website and the NBC app.

And, just in case you want to sleep in a little on a holiday, NBC will re-air the parade from 2-5 p.m. ET on Thursday.

As TODAY noted, there will be six new giant balloons at the parade, including Baby Yoda (!!!), and Pikachu and Eevee from Pokémon.
