NBA Playoffs Schedule: How to Watch Raptors-Magic, Celtics-Pacers, Trail Blazers-Thunder Online, TV Channels, Start Times
The NBA Playoffs are underway and as usual, the excitement is palpable at the start of the two best months of basketball of the year. We’ve already seen some shocking results, dominant performances and the potential for a few upsets in the first round. Here’s the upcoming schedule for the first round.
NBA Playoffs Schedule – Friday, April 19th
Raptors vs Magic
Time: 7:00 PM ET
TV Channel: ESPN, FOX Sports Florida
Streaming: Stream on fuboTV
Series tied 1-1
After losing Game 1 at home in the opening day of the Playoffs once again, the Toronto Raptors responded in style by destroying the Orlando Magic to even the series as it moves to Florida. Kawhi Leonard, Kyle Lowry, and Pascal Siakam were incredible in Game 2, and they’ll be looking to take a big step towards advancing to the conference semifinals with a pair of wins in Orlando. But the Magic played amazing basketball in their Game 1 upset, so there is confidence they can protect home court and stay alive for another week.
Celtics vs Pacers
Time: 8:30 PM ET
TV Channel: ABC, FOX Sports Indiana, NBC Sports Boston
Streaming: Stream on fuboTV
BOS leads 2-0
The Boston Celtics turned up their defense in Game 1 of their series against the Indiana Pacers and easily won by 10 points to establish their dominance. The Pacers are clearly missing Victor Oladipo against a Playoff defense, and Indiana is in serious trouble finding offense. But they have been fighting adversity for the last four months, and it won’t be a surprise if the Pacers steal Game 2, especially against a Celtics team prone to inconsistency.
Trail Blazers vs Thunder
Time: 9:30 PM ET
TV Channel: ESPN, FOX Sports Oklahoma, NBC Sports Northwest
Streaming: Stream on fuboTV
POR leads 2-0
Despite losing Jusuf Nurkic to a devastating injury just before the Playoffs and carrying many doubts after being swept in the first round last season, the Portland Trail Blazers started the postseason as perhaps the most impressive team in the league, dominating the Oklahoma City Thunder thanks in large part to Damian Lillard easily winning his personal battle with Russell Westbrook. The series now moves to OKC and the fans there are incredible in the Playoffs, and you can bet Westbrook and Paul George will be hungry to win. Don’t count the Thunder out yet. They’re going home and they’re really good there.
