Suspected armed robber killed in Police operation in Bono East
The Ghana Police Service has confirmed the death of a suspected armed robber and murder suspect following an intelligence-led operation at Cherimbo in the Prang District of the Bono East Region. According to police, the operation was carried out on Monday, April 13, 2026, by the Bono East Regional Police Intelligence Directorate with support from the National Police Intelligence Directorate, targeting a suspect identified as Amadu Mammaa.
