Luxury cottage at Trump Ireland Doonbeg resort sells for 895,000 euros
DUBLIN, Ireland: The four-bedroom "luxury coastal living" 174 Links Cottage at the Trump Ireland, Doonbeg resort, sold for 895,000 euros in March.
The Residential Property Price Register showed that the luxury cottage sold for almost double the price it fetched five years ago.
The same property sold for 530,000 euros in August 2021. Its new price of 895,000 euros is a 69 percent increase over five years.
