Bagbin leads bill to criminalise vote buying in primaries, by-elections
Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has announced plans to introduce a Private Member rsquo;s Bill to amend the Criminal and Other Offences Act in a bid to address vote buying and other unlawful practices associated with party primaries and by-elections.
