Both teams could be without their All-Star player when the Phoenix Suns visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night.
Suns star guard Devin Booker has been ruled out with a sprained right ankle, the sixth straight contest he will miss. He was chosen as a reserve for the Western Conference All-Star team on Sunday, his fifth All-Star bid.
