Kia Rhino traps cabbie to death in accident on Wenchi-Wa highway
A Kia Rhino truck has crashed a 36-year-old taxi driver on the Wenchi-Wa Highway in the Bono Region. The tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, January 18, 2026. The deceased, identified as Robert Ernest Atta, reportedly died on the spot when quantities of lumber loaded in the bucket of the truck, with registration number BW 210-20, fell and trapped him inside his Matiz Daewoo taxi cab, registered BA 2878-13.
