The law is the law — Mahama tells Asake over appeal for gunster Cyborg's freedom
President John Mahama has reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the rule of law following an appeal by Nigerian music star Asake over the arrest of a man identified as Cyborg. Cyborg was taken into custody on December 29 after allegedly discharging a firearm into the air in celebration during a meet-up with the Afrobeats star earlier in the week.
