Ambassador Victor Smith pays tribute to Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings
The Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the United States, Washington DC, His Excellency Victor Emmanuel Smith, has paid tribute to the Former First Lady of Ghana, Mrs Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, who passed away on Thursday in Accra.
