Angel City penalized 3 standings points for salary cap infraction

The National Women's Soccer League handed down a $200,000 fine to Angel City FC and docked the club three points in the 2024 regular-season standings Thursday following an investigation into violations of salary cap rules.
The league also suspended Angel City president and CEO Julie Uhrman and general manager Angel Hucles Mangano from "conducting duties relating to any player t
