I’ll assent to anti-LGBTQ bill if declared constitutional – Bawumia

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has committed to signing the anti-LGBTQ bill into law if it is deemed constitutional by the Supreme Court. The bill, currently awaiting a ruling from the Court, has faced delays, prompting calls for expedited proceedings from various stakeholders, including the Osu Traditional Council and Samuel Nartey George, the bill rsquo;s lead advocate.
