Feels like March but it is almost. We woke up to 29 degrees and pig heart groomed 20 k of trail with the bigger Pisten Bully and it tilled up nicely…a few pieces of bark and leaves included….more importantly it provided great spring skiing at 9 am and was not icy.

spring skiing today….40 degrees and sunny. Skiers enjoyed the conditions, pig heart groomed 15 k with the bigger Pisten Bully this morning on old ABR and snow cross groomed skate lanes with the 9 foot skate lane ginzu on 31 k of combi trails.

I turned 63 today and I had one of the best Birthdays ever! I turned off my alarm last night and slept in till 5:30 am, chatted with the groomer team Snow Cross and Crasher, they groomed most of the combi trails and PB groomed Tammarack 2 track and Ridge Runner with the PB.

Interesting day again and great skiing. , -15 at 5 am, groomers Pisten Bullied most of “OLD ABR” tracks are rock solid and skate lanes were buffed out with the Bully. The skier traffic was quiet until temps got above minus, then the parking lot got busy.
