not sure if this a grooming blog /report or ski conditions report…I treat it as both. I want say skiing was one of the best days of the season as reported by skiers at the trailhead, fresh snow groomed, snow hanging on the conifers, no wind, sunny sky, 18 degrees.

sorry for the delay, Crasher and pig heart took both Pisten Bullies out and groomed 51 k of trails. It was very good skiing on the groomed trails the trails groomed up well and skied well., we are suggesting the classic only for the flat sections, jack pine, jack flats.

Feels like March but it is almost. We woke up to 29 degrees and pig heart groomed 20 k of trail with the bigger Pisten Bully and it tilled up nicely…a few pieces of bark and leaves included….more importantly it provided great spring skiing at 9 am and was not icy.

spring skiing today….40 degrees and sunny. Skiers enjoyed the conditions, pig heart groomed 15 k with the bigger Pisten Bully this morning on old ABR and snow cross groomed skate lanes with the 9 foot skate lane ginzu on 31 k of combi trails.

I turned 63 today and I had one of the best Birthdays ever! I turned off my alarm last night and slept in till 5:30 am, chatted with the groomer team Snow Cross and Crasher, they groomed most of the combi trails and PB groomed Tammarack 2 track and Ridge Runner with the PB.
