ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man was indicted for allegedly shooting another man inside Café Hollywood in 2024. Malachi Davis, 20, faces multiple charges.
Charges
- Second-degree attempted murder
- First-degree assault
- Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
Albany Police responded to Café Hollywood for reports of a shooting in November 2024, finding out a man who had been shot in the abdomen had driven himself to the hospital. The months-long investigation resulted in Davis' arrest.
